In most cases not, due to the particularity of the LFP battery, the displayed power may be inaccurate after long-term storage. Please recharge and discharge twice to calibrate the BMS. If still has not improved, please contact support for help.

How do I know if NEO300 can run my device? NEO300 supports devices with a maximum power of 300W. Please check whether your device specifications are within the power range. If you use multiple devices at the same time, please make sure that the total power of all devices does not exceed 400W.
